2. User Accounts
Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Uni-Spaces is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access.

3. User-Generated Content
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content (text, images, files) you upload or post.

License: By posting content, you grant Uni-Spaces a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and distribute your content in connection with the platform’s operations.

Prohibited Content: Content must not be illegal, infringing on intellectual property, or harmful to other users.

4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All original content, features, and functionality (including the Uni-Spaces logo, visual design, and trademarks) are the exclusive property of Uni-Spaces and are protected by law.

5. Purchases and Payments
One-Time Transactions: Any digital items or services (such as Space Ruby Gems) are one-time payments.

Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Feedback and Suggestions
Implementation: We may implement any feedback or suggestions received without obligation to provide compensation or credit to you.

7. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes
Rules: Promotions may be governed by specific rules separate from these Terms. By participating, you agree to those specific rules.

8. Limitation of Liability
Uni-Spaces is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Mandatory Arbitration: You and Uni-Spaces agree that any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform will be settled by binding arbitration, rather than in a court of law.

Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving the right to a trial by jury.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action. You expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Uni-Spaces at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
